"Roy" is a 2015 Indian romantic film, directed by debutant
Vikramjit Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Divya Khosla
Kumar and Ajay Kapoor under Freeway Pictures. The movie features Arjun Rampal,
Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles with Shernaz Patel,
Rajit Kapur and Shibani Dandekar in supporting roles. Anupam Kher appears in a
cameo. The film is based on a Film Maker writing and directing movies about
thefts and robberies. The movie had its premiere in Dubai on 12 February 2015
and was released worldwide on 13 February 2015.
Roy Story:-
Roy is a story of love and self-realisation. Kabir Grewal (Arjun Rampal) is a filmmaker. Popular, handsome and a womanizer are a few terms that describe him. His ongoing project, Roy, is the third installment of his popular robbery series where Ranbir plays the title role. While shooting for the same, he happens to meet Ayesha Aamir (Jacqueline Fernandez) in Malaysia and his script starts taking an inspiration from his real-life experiences with Ayesha whom he’s fallen in love with.
